Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories and components.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or customized products
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Certain hygiene or personal care products (where applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged.
The wrong item was received.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EverNest™ cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
We'll review your request and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge before they are fulfilled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
